The Little Girl is a short film about a child's naïve, yet wondrous imagination, directed and designed by Hannah Sitters for her honours in Screen and Media at Flinders University in 2014. A vibrant colour palette of warm gold and oranges (representing happiness and comfort) contrasting to cold blues (representing sadness, loneliness, fear and the darkness that happens when the lights go out) is employed throughout the film in the costume, set, and lighting design.
